Privacy Policy
This summary explains the information processed when you use the Creatyf website. Effective 28 August 2026.
Information you provide
The consultation brief is processed on your device to compose a WhatsApp message. The Creatyf website does not send or store the brief on a server. When you continue to WhatsApp, further processing follows WhatsApp’s service and privacy policy.
Consent-based analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. If you reject it, the Google tag is not loaded and the website sends no analytics data to Google. The choice is stored locally so it can be respected on later visits.
Local preferences
Theme and analytics-consent choices are stored in browser local storage. Language preference is expressed by the URL you visit. This data remains in the browser unless its storage is cleared.
Third-party links and services
The website may open WhatsApp, email, or official sources hosted by other services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. The Creatyf service worker does not cache those cross-origin requests.
