These terms cover website use and the initial conversation. Project scope, pricing, schedule, and responsibilities apply only when agreed in a separate proposal or contract.
Website use
Website content provides general information about Creatyf’s approach and services. You may not use the site to disrupt services, attempt unauthorized access, or violate laws and the rights of others.
A consultation is not a project agreement
Submitting a brief, email, or WhatsApp message does not automatically create a contract or an obligation to accept work. An engagement begins only after scope and commercial terms are agreed in writing.
Scope, pricing, and schedule
Pricing is not established as public packages. A project proposal or agreement will explain scope, exclusions, fees, schedule, responsibilities, access, licenses, ownership, support, and how changes are handled.
Content and intellectual property
Creatyf’s brand, site design, and content may not be copied or reused without permission except where fair use is permitted by law. Rights to project deliverables will follow the relevant proposal or project agreement.
